1. Can it be used for pets?
Yes, ArtGrass is Pet Safe.
2. How do you clean it?
You can use a soft broom or a blower to clean. We do an annual Service as well.
3. Does the urine leave any odors?
Usually only in confined spaces in direct sunlight.
4. Does it get hot in the sun?
It has UV protection. George weather seldom get so hot that it will be uncomfortable.
5. How long and how wide is the grass?
Rolls come in 2x25m and 4×25 sizes I.e. 100sqm.
6. Can it be used indoor and outdoor?
Yes.
7. My child is allergic to real grass, will this work? Is it safe for children?
Yes perfectly, it’s child and pet safe.
8. Does is get slippery when wet?
No grip is good.
9. Can I install it myself?
Yes but you will lose the Warranty.
10. How long does it last?
We’ve been installing ArtGrass for 10yrs and we haven’t had to replace old Grass.
